Understanding Donation Notifications in the App

Why Do I Still See Donation Requests After Donating?

If you have set up a monthly donation or have already donated, you might still see general donation requests in the app. This is because the donation system is currently not connected directly to the app. As a result, the app cannot differentiate between users who have donated and those who have not.

How to Verify Your Donations

You can verify your donations by visiting the donation portal. Here’s how:

  • Go to the donation portal: Donation Portal

  • Enter the email address you used to make your donation.

This will allow you to see your donation history and confirm your contributions.
